Manufacturing Warranty

Recent Update After Consultation with the Engineering Team

After reviewing the matter with our engineering team, we would like to clarify that the motor cooling fan is not covered under the standard manufacturing warranty, as it is considered an added accessory and not a core functional component of the machine.

The following components are covered under the manufacturing warranty:

Machine frame – for any physical damage during transportation or structural breakage during regular use
Power supply unit
Motor
Bearings
Foot switch

Note: The power cable and cooling fan are not covered under warranty or guarantee, as these are standard off-the-shelf market components without supplier warranty.

The machine continues to function normally even without the fan, which serves only as an added cooling aid. Customers can still maintain optimal motor cooling by following these recommended guidelines:

Allow a 30-minute break after every 100–120 balls of continuous operation, and/or
Use a wet or moist cloth around the motor to assist in cooling.

Since these components do not carry a supplier warranty, they cannot be repaired or serviced, but may be replaced if necessary.

For this specific customer case, we will send a replacement unit as a special goodwill gesture. The fan is an economical market-available part (approx. ₹400). Customers can also take the existing fan to any local electrical market and source an identical replacement directly to save time and shipping costs.
